Jeffrey Bowley, CPA, Senior Managing Director of Attestation and Taxation

Jeffrey brings over a decade of experience advising startups, investors, and executives on the intricacies of accounting, audit, and tax—both domestically and internationally. Most recently, he served as Managing Director at Centri Business Consulting, where he led the outsourced accounting practice, oversaw the “Powered by Centri” team, and optimized financial operations for a diverse portfolio of clients.

Before his role at Centri, Jeffrey was a Partner at Joseph W. Bowley & Co. LLP, where he supported individual, nonprofit, and for-profit clients with services including federal, state, and local tax filings, international tax matters, HUD & Uniform Guidance audits, and other attestation engagements. He also founded Atribus Solutions PLLC, an outsourced accounting firm dedicated to providing CFO-level support to high-growth businesses, enabling management teams to outsource finance functions as they scaled.

Early in his career, Jeffrey refined his expertise in Financial Management and Performance Improvement at MorganFranklin Consulting. A graduate of Penn State University (B.S. in Accounting) and Villanova University (MBA in Taxation), he holds CPA licenses in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Jeffrey is an AICPA Leadership Academy alumnus, a recipient of the PICPA Young Leaders Award, and an active contributor to his community through the Union League Legacy Foundation and Junior Achievement of Southeastern Pennsylvania.
